What you should know about me?
I'm originally from Cleveland, OH. I'm married to my husband, Nik, and we have 2 wonderful kids, James (3) and Lily (infant) and our fur baby Louie. We are a military family and have lived in 3 different states and have been blessed to travel all over the country & world because of it.
I've always had a passion and interest in health & wellness. I grew up figure skating and developed a love for yoga as an adult. I coached figure skating up until a year ago and also became a certified yoga instructor to further my passion. I have also worked in various positions in healthcare for over 10 years.
I love good food, cozy coffeeshops, the beach, and a good romcom/reality show!
Why did you start coming to Fit4Mom?
Shortly after moving to the area in May of 2023, a new friend saw an ad for Fit4Mom on Instagram and invited me to join her. It was exactly what I needed after moving to a new city and being a year postpartum. I struggled with getting into an exercise routine after having my son and needed some motivation and accountability.
Favorite Class? Stroller Barre
Favorite Mom Hack:
Newborns/infants: When they're fussy, pat their bottom, rub in between their eyebrows, or take them outside. 1 if not all 3 should work!
Toddlers: have all the snacks...they change their minds like no other. And pack some for you too!
And doggie bags work for kid's needs too!!
You are a drink goblin...what 3 drinks are in front of you?
Hydration: Water with lemon.
Energy: Iced latte with honey and cinnamon. Also a good iced honey Matcha!
