There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing by the 15th day of the month before the next payment is due. You may pause your membership for up to four months per year (separate or consecutive months), so there is no loss due to vacation, holiday travel or when another baby arrives
