Do you require masks in class? Since we are outside and exercising, masks are not required but are welcome based on your comfort level.

Do you space us in class? Yes! During class, we practice safe social distancing as directed by the state of Virginia. Instructors will also help by placing moms & strollers in formations that allow for a safe distance. Please keep kiddos in strollers or baby carriers during the entire class to help everyone keep a safe distance. During the class's traveling sections, we ask for everyone to help keep distance and honor others' desires to stay more spaced. We know that some people are vaccinated and have different comfort levels. We hope that we can all communicate and work together to create a comfortable place for us to workout.

Is there a health check prior to class? The City of Alexandria does not require us to take temperatures or health screens prior to class. Arlington County requires health screen questions to be asked before class. No temperature checks for outdoor classes are required.

Can we hang out after class? Yes! This is based on your comfort level. We suggest that everyone keep a mask with them at all times plus carry hand sanitizer. At this time,, masks are required in public settings,, so it's a good idea to wear a mask following class. Children under the age of 5 are required to wear a mask when out of the strollers.

Do you provide bands? At this time,, we are not sharing equipment but will have extra bands for purchase. We sell our bands for $10 each or 2 for $18

Will you have more locations? We are opening at a rate that parks are available to us and that we have staff to teach classes.

Are you hiring more instructors? We are currently looking to expand our team,, so if you are interested in teaching or know someone that is, please see the link below.

We are constantly evaluating the best ways to serve our community while also keeping everyone's health and safety a priority. If you are unsure if you have been exposed to Covid-19 or have been tested, we ask that you not attend in-person classes.
